When you give your life to Christ, you become a NEW CREATION ~ a transforming work of God’s Spirit begins in your heart, and the following truths apply to you:

You are accepted by God (Eph 1:6); You are forgiven by Him (Luke 7:48); You receive His righteousness  (2 Cor 5:21); You are holy and dearly loved (Col 3:12); God is always with you (Heb 13:5b); You are the apple of His eye (Zech 2:8b); You are precious in His sight (Is 43:4); You have eternal life within you (John 17:3); His kingdom lives within you (Luke 17:21).

We are ordinary people with an extraordinary God! He turns ‘ordinary lives’ into extraordinary lives, through His Power at work in you and I.

Ephesians 3:20 tells us that He is able to do infinitely more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us; and Philippians 1:6 tells us that God will complete the work He begins in us! That’s Good News!!Philippians 4:8 tells us to focus our hearts and minds onwhatever is TRUE, whatever is HONEST, whatever is JUST, whatever is PURE, whatever is LOVELY, whatever is of GOOD REPORT, morally RIGHT, worthwhile and WORTHY OF PRAISE.

God looks at the heart (1 Sam 16:7b) and sees you and I through the eyes of His Son.

He sees you as BEAUTIFUL and PRECIOUS (see Ps 139:14 / Is 43:4)

He sees you as a RECONCILED TO HIM (See 2 Cor 5:18-19)

He sees you as RIGHTEOUS AND HOLY (See Eph 4:24)

He sees you as BORN AGAIN {By His Spirit} (See John 3:3-6)

He sees you RADIATING HIS LIGHT {wherever you go} (See Matt 5:14)

He sees you SHINING LIKE THE STARS  (See Phil 2:15)

He sees you as POWERFUL and an OVERCOMER (See John 16:33 / Rom 8:37)

He sees you with a HEAVENLY CALLING (See John 15:16 / Heb 3:1)

He sees you as a PRINCE / PRINCESS {Royalty in Him} (See 1 Peter 2:9 / Rom 8:17)

He sees you with a FUTURE AND PURPOSE  (See Jer 29:11 / Eph 2:10)

He sees you as DEEPLY LOVED AND NOT REJECTED (See Jer 31:3 / Is 41:9-10)

He sees you as PRECIOUS AND SIGNIFICANT (See Is 43:4 / Zech 2:8)

He sees you as HIS FRIEND AND HIS DELIGHT (See John 15:15/ Ps 149:4)

Note from the author: we may not always feel these things, but that does not make them untrue. Feelings constantly change, yet God does not change. His Word, His Love, His Grace and Mercy towards you and I remains the same no matter how we feel or what our situation may be. So, let’s take hold of these truths every day, and remember they stand the test of time, they are true for eternity! God’s Love for you and I is everlasting. We can find hope in Him.
